Picture Update

Just thought we would post a few more pictures from the last few weeks....Enjoy!

Happy Easter...a little late

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter. We Spent Easter with Philip's family and had a very nice time. It was hard to see all of the snow on Easter, but also fun. Our dogs had a lot of fun playing in it. We don't have any snow right now....thank goodness. It is finally starting to dry up a little and then maybe we won't have to bathe the dogs a few times a week!

Elijah is 4 months now and weighs in at 10 pounds 12 ounces...he still does not register on the growth charts for weight or height. He is 22.5 inches long. He is doing well though. He is starting to really try to roll over and sucks his thumb more often. He loves to grab toys, hair and just about anything in front of him. He still makes you work for a smile, but when he gives them it just melts my heart.

First Trip To Rochester

Last weekend we went out to Rochester with my parents to celebrate Angie's Birthday! It was a surprise that we would be there. It worked out really well and she was very surprised! Elijah had lots of fun just watching his cousins and the balloons. He really just likes to sit back and take it all in. He didn't want to give us too many smiles (a little overwhelmed) but the pictures are cute anyway.

Something's not right

"Guys, I don't think these are on right"

This is daddy just having some fun:) We have been doing well. Trying to get Eli to go from 4 or 5 short naps a day to 3 and eating about every 3.5 hours. So far we have the morning and early afternoon down. By about 3 pm until bed time it is touch and go. He is either happy or very mad. But each day gets a little better. Good news, is he is sleeping about 10 hours a night now! That makes it all worth it.

Last weekend we took him on his first trip to the outlets and Cabela's. He did so well and everyone loved him. He really liked the fish at Cabela's. We also bought him a Johnny jump up. He is still too small for it, but we can't wait until he can start using it! We think he weighs about 11 pounds right now. He turns 4 months old next week and has a doctors appointment coming up the week after that...so we will see how big he has gotten then!

Hope everyone is staying warm with, what we hope is, the last little cold spell. Have a wonderful weekend!!
